Haven Season 5 Episode 12 'Chemistry'

Deep in the heart of Maine, Haven is a town where people with supernatural abilities have migrated for generations because it mutes their powers, allowing them to lead normal lives. At least, until recently. When hot-shot FBI agent Audrey Parker is called to Haven to solve the murder of a local ex-con, she catches the killer but uncovers a much deeper mystery about this town. 

Each week, as the town-peoples’ dormant powers begin to express themselves, Audrey will try to keep these supernatural forces at bay while unraveling the many mysteries of Haven - including one surrounding her own surprising past in this extraordinary place.

The next episode of SyFy's "Haven" is titled "Chemistry." Dr. Cross' secrets may finally come out, and a Trouble will push residents to pursue primal desires.

In the last episode, Audrey confronted Cross about her real identity. She wanted to know why the Center for Disease Control had no knowledge of the doctor's whereabouts. Cross' excuse was that she she wanted to have a complete understanding of the disease before involving others. In her opinion, the CDC would simply come in and mishandle things. This was enough to keep everyone off of her back at the time, but we know that Cross is hiding something.

In the promo for episode 12, Audrey is still sick and visiting Dr. Cross again for an exam. Cross informs Audrey that her cell degeneration is getting worse. She instructs Audrey to rest and asks if there's something else that she'd like to share.

It's clear that Dr. Cross suspects there's more to Audrey than she's letting on, and that she's special in some way. Audrey insists that she is normal.

When Cross leaves the room to get more medicine for Audrey, Vince sneaks into the office. He rummages through the doctor's things while telling Audrey that Cross cannot be trusted. Once he pulls out a folder belonging to Cross, showing pictures of Lucy and Sarah, Audrey sees proof that Vince may be right.

Guest star WWE wrestler Christian (real name Jay Reso) will be reuniting with his old tag team partner Adam Copeland, who plays Dwight on "Haven." Copeland is a former WWE wrestler who went by the stage name of Edge. A recent photo was added to the show's Instagram account of Christian with cast members Copeland and Lucas Bryant, who plays Nathan.

Show Summary: Based on the novella “The Colorado Kid” from renowned author Stephen King, “Haven” is a Syfy series that follows FBI agent Audrey Parker (Emily Rose) who arrives in the small town of Haven, Maine to solve the murder of a local ex-con.

Before long, her natural curiosity lands her at the epicenter of activity in the curious enclave — which turns out to be a longtime refuge for people with a remarkable range of supernatural abilities.

Among the townspeople are local cop Nathan Wuornos (Lucas Bryant), who eventually becomes Audrey’s partner, and the mysterious and charming Duke Crocker (Eric Balfour).
