One of the most anticipated series of the fall TV season starts Monday as FOX airs The Gifted series premiere, and The Gifted season 1 begins a whole new Marvel adventure.
Season 1, episode 1 is called “eXposed,” and it’s FOX’s first foray into the Marvel superhero world, after successful DC-branded shows (Gotham and Lucifer, which serves as this show’s lead-in). It introduces TV fans to a family who inadvertently become part of the battle for mutantkind when it’s revealed that the kids have mutant powers.
The Gifted season 1 will also treat viewers to a very impressive cast. Fresh off his role in the FOX event series Shots Fired, Stephen Moyer returns to the network. He’s joined by Amy Acker (Person of Interest, Angel), Coby Bell (Burn Notice), and Jamie Chung (Gotham, Believe), among others in a talented ensemble.
