The UK version of the hit show Jersey Shore. MTV cameras follow some of Newcastle’s finest lads and lasses, as we sneak a peek into their glamorous lives and party lifestyles.
From the city that gave us Cheryl Cole, Ant & Dec & Gazza, meet the real Angels Of The North as the girls strut their stuff in mini-skirts shorter than their belts, whilst the guys pump iron at the gym and drink more vodka shots than Newcastle Brown Ale.
The ninth series of Geordie Shore, a British television programme based in Newcastle upon Tyne was confirmed on 12 July 2014, and began airing 28 October 2014.
It was also announced that the cast would be travelling to Paris and Somerset. All cast members from the previous series returned. Ahead of the series launch, cast member Vicky Pattison announced that this would be her final series. She has featured in the show since the first series.
They've got some gobholes on them, that Geordie Shore lot - and the profanity cascades out like a particularly filthy fountain.
The ninth series of the NSFW MTV reality series debuted this evening with departing cast member Vicky Pattison being crowned Queen of the House. But not all of the crew seemed to be that impressed intially.
